What materials are your banners made of?
Typically, our posters are printed on 46# Bond Paper laminated front and back with 3MIL laminate, in your choice of matte or gloss finish. We also print on vinyl, fiber, canvas, polyester and polypropylene.
What is the difference in your materials?
Material for Complete Post-Up Stand Unit (Poster, stand, and carrying bag).
1. Vinyl stay flat is our most popular and most durable selection because it has no curling along the edges.
2. 46 # bond paper with a 3 mil laminate. The lamination is available in either: matte (recommended for text) gloss (recommended for images)
3. Synthetic fiber is a “cloth” like material that prints a little softer.
What is the turnaround time for your products?
We need 48 hours for production and then we ship UPS ground from Cleveland Ohio. Rush shipping is available upon request.
What shipping methods do you use?
Our main carrier is UPS. We also have Fed Ex available. You may use your account number to ship as well.
Who does the layout of the banner?
Graphics can either be done through your own resource or through our graphic design department. We offer graphic design work for $52.00 per hour.
Can I get pictures off the Internet? Why or why not?
Not usually. Most pictures retrieved off the Internet are very small with low resolution. For best output, a high-resolution photo is suggested.
Can I make a “wall” out of the banners? Will the pictures connect?
No, the banners are not able to tile together. There is a 1.5-inch gap between units and posters.
How do I place an order? Can you take an order over the phone?
We request filling out our provided order form. This gives our production group all the pertinent information needed to process your order correctly.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes. We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover.
Where are you located? Will your location affect my shipping options?
We are located in Cleveland, Ohio. Many of our customers are located throughout the continental United States and Canada.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes. We also ship to Canada.

What is a dye-sublimation printer?
Our dye-sublimation printers have a direct to fabric printing, where the ink is applied directly to the substrate and sublimated with heat and pressure that is built in to the printer. Textiles can be customized with photo quality images that become a permanent part of the fabric. The quality of the stunning, high color images is perfect for any tradeshow display banner or custom table throw.
Due to the sensitive nature of the Dye Sublimation printer/process. All blacks used in the final output must be process black.
Customers who wish to have a light colored logo sitting on black background with dye sub should set a stroke outlining the entire logo to avoid the black ink "bleeding" onto the light-colored logo. Set the size of the stroke at 5-7 pixels depending on the size. Please set the color of the stroke at Cyan: 70% Magenta: 65% Yellow: 65% Black: 75%.This should show up as a very deep gray and will allow the black ink to "bleed" into the stroke and not the logo.
What are PMS colors?
PMS colors are used to identify the CMYK formula that will best approximate the requested colors. If a specific PMS color is required, it is highly recommended to purchase a paper proof for an additional $15 per proof. PMS color matching is not guaranteed. However, the paper proof will be matched.
