Tips for File Submitting:

As you can imagine, today's technology is growing rapidly as more information travels the digital highway than any other highway in the world! Here at Post-up Stand, we like to make sure we are in the fast lane. By providing two different ways for the customer to get us their artwork, we can accomplish many things, including how to keep the production process moving forward, cut down on wait time for the customer, and provide artwork analysis in just minutes.
Not everybody is able to keep up with the technology and the computing business, so by taking a few minutes to read over this section may just save many long hours of precious time. Here are a few things to remember when sending artwork to us, so we can avoid these problems and get your order underway ASAP:
1. If you're using a MAC computer, make sure your art is CMYK. After doing so, save your artwork to the actual size of the banner (24x80, 33x80, 39x80, etc.) as a JPEG file. Cross-platform computing happens all too often, where colors don’t match from one computer to the next due to a file from a MAC computer being used on a PC. So once you have saved the file, send it to us at www.yousendit.com. The directions on how to get there can be found on the website under "How to Order." Once you start uploading the file, the time it takes will vary based on file size.
2. If you're using a PC computer, the first thing you will want to do is make sure your art is in CMYK. Be sure to save your artwork to actual size (24x80, 33x80, 39x80, etc.) as a JPEG file. Then you will use our FTP site to transfer your files. (An FTP or File Transfer Protocol is used to transfer data from one computer to another over the Internet, or through a network). One of the most common problems we face with the FTP is that you have to use a PC computer and you must use Internet Explorer. No other web browsers will let you use the FTP properly.
If you have any issues sending files to us, always feel free to call us and somebody will gladly help you.
