Four Things to Consider Before Ordering Banner Stands
1. How big is your space at the event and how do you plan on utilizing this space?
Post-Up Stand Displays come in various heights and widths. Integrating these displays within your space will create a dynamic environment and will efficiently communicate your message. Recommendations on how to incorporate these displays are below:
Retractable Banner Stands - These displays can be placed behind or around a table. They look great on the floor because they stand a little above 6.5' and come in multiple widths. Please keep in mind we can always shorten the height of the stand so it can be placed on a table, for example our 47" x 80" can serve also as 47" x 40" or 47" x 50".
Retractable Table Top - looks great on a table, podium, or desk (check out table top cases to go with it- a great presentation piece when showcased together!)
Quick Fabric Display - Another great choice because of its "flexibility". These displays can be placed next to one another to create an "Endless Wall" of graphics. There are 2 sizes which provide variety and contrast in the set-up. The "wall" could be of all large, small, or both sizes combined. A triangular shape can be made if 3 displays are backed to one another. Ok one more... a large and a small display could be angled on a "V", for a very visual display!
2. Will your space have a source of electricity?
Banner stand lights and Scrolling banners are those "extras" that can make your event! The light attaches to the top of banner stand to illuminate the text and graphics on the banner. The scrolling banners speak for itself. This quiet display takes 90 seconds for 1 full rotation and definitely draws a crowd. If your space does not have an electric outlet, we still have you covered with a battery operated Scrolling Banner. This unit runs off battery power or an electric source.
3. How will your displays travel to the event?
Would you like to ship your displays with a courier? If so we offer shipping containers to hold your banner stands and accessories. Each container can hold 2 stands. If flying please check with your airline to see what is accepted. Our Quick Fabric displays are so light weight they are a breeze to travel with. Each weigh 16 lbs. or less and will fit into hard shipping cases as well. This is a great opportunity to have ample coverage at your event and yet save on shipping costs via courier or airline now and in the future.
4. What material will best communicate your message?
You will need to choose a material for your Banner Stand. There are a few options here... I recommend ordering a complimentary sample packet to see all the different options there are to choose from.
