The year 2020 is certainly not what any of us anticipated it would be, especially as we all continue to deal with the challenges presented by the COVID-19 pandemic. At Post Up Stand and all our D2G Group brands, we continue to rise to these challenges in meeting our customers’ changing needs while continuing to prioritize team member, customer, and partner health and safety.
Rather than chase the demand for COVID-19 related commodities, such as masks and gloves, at Post Up Stand we made the strategic decision to continue to focus on what we do best. We utilize our core competencies to deliver products and services that enable our customers to communicate important messages while providing added protection for their own teams and clients.
In doing this, we have continued our print and production operations, following recommended guidelines for hygiene, social distancing, and other protocols to reduce the likelihood of virus transmission. In addition, all employees who can work remotely are doing so and will continue to do so until a vaccine is widely administered. We are thankful to our leaders and team members for their diligence and professionalism in continuing to monitor trends closely and adjust precautions as necessary to keep each other safe.
We are continuing to plan for a brighter future, so we continue to actively listen to our customers and work toward providing the customer experience, products, and services that you will need to stay open or reopen, as well as to operate under current conditions and in the eventual post-COVID world. We promise to be here for you, and with you, every step of the way.
As part of our continued efforts to support our valued customers, we regularly assess our policies, programs, and product offerings. Some of the notable changes during this time include:
- Extension of our 30-day return policy to 90 days
- Free downloads of printable social distancing sign templates
- New products including social distancing signage & protective shields
