Outside Sales Representative

The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for increasing sales by building relationships with current customers and identifying/prospecting new clients through various methods. Can you build our customer list? Can you make sales?

  • Prospect new clients through social media and various other channels
  • Generate sales leads through existing databases
  • Maintain and build relationships with customers by conducting telephone calls
  • Travel to customer locations /tradeshows and events as needed
  • Demonstrate and present products and services to customers
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team to facilitate new programs, messages, campaigns, and product offerings
  • Award and track discount codes, preparing monthly reports on additional revenue generated by the redemption of the discount code
  • Demonstrate effectiveness by increasing sales from new and existing customers contacted by phone and in person

Qualifications and Competencies

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients
  • Strong MS Office and Excel skills
  • Possess self-motivation and strong work ethic, detail oriented and able to prioritize daily work efficiently
  • Has reliable transportation and the ability to comply with the Vehicle and Driver Safety Policy
  • Must pass a background check
  • 3-5 years of B2B sales experience
  • Experience in generating leads and closing sales

Job Title:
Ecommerce/Digital Marketing Specialist
Department:
Marketing
Reports to:
Director of Digital Marketing
FLSA Status:
Non-Exempt / Full Time

The Ecommerce/ Digital Marketing Specialist will drive on-line sales, focusing primarily on optimizing website merchandising and marketing activities. The Ecommerce Specialist will coordinate merchandise placement, categorization and product groupings on our websites, using our open-source ecommerce platform, Magento.

  • Analyze and adjust web merchandise presentation based on product & site performance trends for all brands
  • Work with Director of Digital Marketing and Online Merchandising Manager on product concepts to create dynamic online campaigns via email and paid search programs
  • Support online initiatives such as content creation, site refresh and user experience improvement
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews on existing campaigns to ensure campaigns are delivering a call to action and driving sales. Do you love a good email campaign?
  • Ensure creative marketing materials undergo regular review and adhere to brand guidelines
  • Identify emerging ecommerce trends to remain competitive

Qualifications and Competencies

  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to provide accurate deliverables in an efficient manner
  • Strong command and knowledge of the English language: excellent writing and verbal skills
  • Possess self-motivation and strong work ethic, able to prioritize daily work efficiently
  • Must pass a background check
  • Bachelor's degree required with emphasis on Business/Marketing
  • E-commerce experience preferred, basic knowledge of HTML & online marketing concepts a plus
  • Experience using the Magento software platform a plus
  • Experience with the Bronto email platform a plus

Product Development Specialist

The Product Specialist supports the Online Merchandising Manager by assisting with tasks associated with product life cycle management. Do you like doing Marketing Research? Do you know the 4 P’s of Marketing?

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily, which include the following:

  • Work with all necessary departments to drive new product releases from ideation to online conversion
  • Actively assist the Online Merchandising Manager in assortment planning of assigned products and suppliers, which includes providing analysis and recommendations for current assortment and removal of obsolete products.
  • Review pricing reports for discrepancies and exceptions against current pricing strategies
  • Pricing and profitability analysis of new and existing products
  • Provide features, advantages and benefits (FABs) and identify product images for promotional and web content
  • Proof web for content accuracy, visual appearance and customer-friendly presentation, suggest and make changes where needed. Proof alternative marketing material when requested
  • Assist with product training and updating product display throughout the organization
  • Help to increase sales opportunities by supplying product and market trend information relating to existing market segments. SWOT Analysis!

Qualifications and Competencies

  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills

  • Ability to build strategic working relationships in a team environment and adapt to change
