Simply stated; our goal is to exceed your expectations. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please contact us for a complete resolution. Post Up Stand will issue a partial credit, full refund, or equal exchange up to 1 year from the date of purchase.

To return a product, contact Customer Service at 800-935-3534, or email sales@postupstand.com to receive a Return Goods Authorization Number. This number will help speed the return process and make sure your account is properly credited. Ensure the RGA# number is clearly marked on the outside of the boxes being returned. A pre-paid FedEx label will be emailed to you. Post Up Stand will refund the full purchase price, including the original shipping and any taxes within 7 business days of the receipt of return merchandise. Refunds will be applied to the original payment method.  

Post Up Stand may elect to repair or replace any products not under warranty without waiving any rights. Post Up Stand disclaims any warranties, expressed or implied, including the warranty of merchantability and the warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. Liability for consequential damages arising from the negligence or other causes related to the design and use of the products is hereby excluded.

Shipping

 

Residential shipments do not require a signature when delivered. Post-Up Stand will not be responsible for the loss of any package delivered to the requested address and left without a signature. We can ship via FedEx or UPS or also on a customer's third party shipping account. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
