Trade Show Exhibit Options – What Accessories To Have On Hand

Trade Show Accessories

Little things go a long way when it comes to presentation at trade shows. That means adding the finishing touches to your booth, displays and highlight or accenting them in the right way to get the most attention.

What can you bring to the table?

Once you have your booth lined with the right options for your back and side walls, don’t forget about where you’re going to be spending a lot of your time while exhibiting – up front.

That means standing behind or at a table you brought, or was provided or rented to you by the venue. If that table isn’t decorated or doesn’t match the rest of your booth, it can stand out like a sore thumb. While looking for ways to make your table match the rest of your display, don’t forget about subtle but importanttable top banners.

Maybe you opted for a podium instead of a table at the front of your booth. Making that fit in and be part of your exhibit can just be just as important and effective when presenting.

Highlighting your booth

Like any other imaging display, accenting colors or graphics can go a long way to giving the display a standout or professional look. Black and printed end caps on your booth display can highlight the back wall in a unique way.

Trade show venues can be dark or you could be in an area where lighting isn’t the best. Additional lighting can be easily attached to your displays to help make sure they aren’t going unnoticed if you are in one of these areas.

Stand out while standing up

If you’ve ever presented from a trade show floor before, you know that most venues floors are cement or a hard surface. Long hours over the course of a few days presenting on this floor can be extremely hard on your feet and could have an adverse effect on your enthusiasm when talking to potential leads.

While some venues might allow you to rent carpeting or padded flooring for your booth, purchasing your own carpeting or soft tile for your booth isn’t expensive. You can even have your trade show flooring be custom printed.

Hands and clutter free

Exhibiting at trade shows means meeting with attendees and shaking hands and presenting a clean booth. You can’t do either with your brochures and literature in your hand or all over your table. Get something that holds them and stands out so they are inclined to take your information with them after you’ve spoken to them and shown them everything you have to offer.

Brand on the run

Everybody exhibiting at trade shows usually has something to giveaway whether through a raffle or small table items. Branded pens and other swag featuring your company logo and information is a great way to increase your potential impact after the show is over.
