January 2018 Trade Shows

From the beginning to the end of the month, January has plenty of interesting trade shows to kick off the 2018 trade show calendar. From travel agents and experts getting together to bring us all more great vacation packages, the golf industry biggest trade event and home building and remodeling shows, it’s an important month for big industry events across the country. 

1. New York Times Travel Show
Jan. 26-28
Jacob K. Javits Center – New York, NY

The travel show is a one stop show for travel professionals. Travel professionals and experts can view up to 500 seminars that focus on travel to several continents as well as other destinations and different types of travel and vacation getaways.

2. PGA Show
Jan. 23-26
Orange County Convention Center – Orlando, FL

This four day golfer’s event helps to showcase products such as instructional workshops, and of course helps to network the golf industry and its products makers and buyers. Over 40,000 industry leaders will attend including merchandise manufacturers, distributors and pro shop owners.

3. Outdoor Retailers
Jan. 9-11
Salt Palace – Salt Lake City, UT

This is a very popular outdoor and winter sports gear trade show. Hundreds of outdoor industry retailers, product innovators and buyers attend this show that happens twice a year. This leading B2B show attracts all sorts of suppliers and those with buying power that includes educational and leadership seminars.

4. Premier Vision New York
Jan. 16-17
Piers 92/94 – New York, NY

This show connects the world’s top weavers, leather producers, accessories companies and manufactures. There are fashion seminars as well as previews of upcoming trends.

5. Builders Show
Jan. 9-11
Orlando County Convention Center – Orlando, FL

The NAHB International Builders Show is the largest annual light construction in the world. It showcases the latest and most in-demand products and services and combines that with education on innovative technology. It’s all taught by industry experts and everyone from manufacturers, suppliers and buyers attend.

  • Eight different types of education tracks
  • Housing, business management, financial, and sales professionals attending
  • Opening ceremonies speech by Terry Bradshaw

6. Kitchen and Bath Industry Show
Jan. 9-11
Orlando County Convention Center – Orlando, FL

The Kitchen and Bath show takes place alongside the International Builders show and focuses on the aspects of the kitchen and bath building and remodeling markets. It’s the go-to show for finding new products and companies. Over 20,100 suppliers and even more buyers will be in attendances including designers, architects, cabinet ships and dealers.

7. Consumer Electronics Show
Jan. 9-12
Las Vegas Convention Center – Las Vegas, NV

CES is one of the largest B2B only technology shows that hosts previews of new products reveals or announcements. Manufacturers, developers and suppliers of hardware, content, technology delivery systems and more will attend. CES attracts 170,000 or more attendees and has 300 educations sessions

8. International Production and Processing Expo
Jan. 30-Feb. 1
Georgia World Congress Center – Atlanta, GA

Over 30,000 visitors attend the world’s largest annual poultry, meat and feed industry event. Decision makers from over 129 countries attend to network and learn about the latest tech developments. Industries represented include feed, milling, hatchery, live production, processing and more.

9. AHR Expo

10. SPIE Photonics West
Jan. 30-Feb. 1
Moscone Convention Center – San Francisco, CA

One of the largest biophotonics, optics, power laser manufacturing and microfabricaton conferences in the world kicks off the new year on the west coast.
